About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team in Darra, QLD. In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by ensuring accurate inventory management, streamlining processes, and maintaining effective coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain and update inventory records using SAP and other internal systems
- Process and monitor incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery and receipt
- Conduct regular inventory audits, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and safely storing incoming stock
- Generate, analyse, and distribute reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, suppliers, and customer service to resolve issues and improve operational flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
What You'll Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics support
- Proficiency in SAP (Warehouse Management or Materials Management modules preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
