About The Exciting Role - As the Administration/Roster Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating well-structured schedules and coordinating the perfect team to provide exceptional care to our participants. You'll also have the opportunity to assist our manager and support our service with various administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will encompass managing office administration, rostering, and other related support services.
The position is based at Sunnybank, QLD. The position is Full Time working Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience creating rosters is a must
- Coordinating sick leave replacements
- Coordinating shift allocations
- Providing administrative support to the Case Manager
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer, and word processing skills
- Liaise with team leaders and staff to address rostering concerns and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with workplace laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Respond promptly to changes in staff availability, adjusting rosters as needed
- Provide general administrative support, such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and data entry
