About the role

SEC2 Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Accounts professional to join our team in Malvern, Victoria on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, credit control, assisting with job and technician scheduling and playing a key part in the overall financial operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing accounts receivable, including invoicing, managing payments and resolving client queries

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and transactions

Analyzing and reporting on aged debts and credit control

Job and technician scheduling via the Simpro job management system

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of credit control procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role

Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data

Excellent communication and customer service skills, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and the ability to liaise effectively with clients

Proficient in using accounting software Xero and the Simpro Job Management System advantageous

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
