Their expertise includes fire equipment servicing, active and passive fire systems, essential safety measures, and emergency training and procedures.

Description

Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients, including consolidated packages, project invoicing, and invoice stops.

Monitor and maintain financial controls within the receivables system, ensuring transaction approvals align with financial delegations.

Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing stakeholder and customer needs, resolving queries, and recommending process improvements.

Perform various accounting tasks, including interstate invoicing, passive & AESMR systems invoicing, one-off invoicing, consolidated invoicing, supplier invoice indexation, and P-tech invoicing within deadlines.

Handle monthly and ad hoc tasks as directed by management (including reception relief).

Actively contribute to strategic and operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Strong accounts experience, with solid process knowledge and excellent attention to detail Must be a confident and proactive professional with strong skills in chasing & regaining outstanding payments.
