There are multiple opportunities ranging from around 4-6 Months.

What do you do?
They are looking for IR gurus to come in, take over the caseload and make an impact right away.

• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations issues.
• Lead and manage employee casework, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support and manage workplace conflict resolution and provide coaching for managers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, including Fair Work and Workplace Health and Safety.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and cultural initiatives.

Who Would Thrive in This Role!
The must-haves:

• Proven experience in workplace relations, industrial relations, employee performance management, and compliance.
• Ability to manage complex cases on your own and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

The nice to haves

• It would be preferred if you had experience in industries such as Aged Care, Healthcare, Childcare, education, or construction.
