About us

Eco Abrolhos is a seasonal tourism operation conducting 5 day tours from Geraldton to the Abrolhos Islands. during this time we snorkel the pristine waters, explore the rich history, enjoy the wildlife and much more. Then during the winter the vessel moves to the remote Kimberley for 13 night tours out of Broome and Wyndham to explore the isolated and breathtaking locations, visit indigenous artworks, immerse yourself in the history of this area. Two completely different locations with so much to offer. This role is an opportunity to show your administrative talents as our Geraldton based administrative assistant.

Qualifications & experience

Experience in MYOB and Excel

Rezdy (advantage)

Customer Service

Basic website updating

Valid currrent Western Australian Driving License

Police Clearance

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering and directing telephone calls, general office administration, organizing pre departures, liaising with guests, collating information, MYOB data entry, invoicing in Rezdy, bank receipting, basic website updating, compiling brochure packs, assist guests transfers, flight bookings, organizing orders, deliveries for vessel
