With a successful presence in WA, we are excited to place a Venue Manager in newest location Hillary's, offering a scenic and bustling environment for our customers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Venue Manager to lead our team at the new Turquoise Café in Hillary's. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operations, exceptional customer experiences, and continued success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects including service, kitchen operations, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to uphold high standards of service and product quality.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards according to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and growth opportunities for staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required.
