An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head Baker/Production Manager to join the team at Bakers Delight Lavington!

As a Head Baker/Production Manager, you will be fully accountable for the operations and profitability of Bakers Delight Lavington. You will lead and drive your team to produce quality product and deliver delightful customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You’ll also spend time training your team in all bakery operations so having a focus on standards, policies and procedures is important too!

To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will:

• Have experience in Bakery store/restaurant management with very strong Baking experience

• Understand the need for strong compliance with work health and safety standards and requirements

• Be a strong communicator and with good conflict management skills

• Be able to influence and motivate others

You’ll be comfortable leading a team to deliver quality products every time so as to contribute to Bakers Delight Lavington achieving our results and meeting targeted budgets. Working full time, hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with some early mornings and late evenings, in line with Bakery expectations.

Your dedication and drive to lead and work with a close knit team to produce excellent quality products and provide delightful customer service are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’!
