💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager: Systems, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & EVP to lead and elevate the journey of our people, from their very first interaction with Infinity to full cultural embedment.
You’ll be at the helm of our people strategy, employer branding, onboarding, and engagement programs, bringing the same energy and excellence we give our clients, to our internal team. This role is about crafting a people-first experience that powers performance, supports growth, and reflects the game-changing brand we are.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Shape and own Infinity’s EVP and employer brand. Partner with the Chief of Staff to craft a compelling narrative that attracts, excites, and retains top-tier talent.
Build future-ready hiring capability. Optimise systems, coach leaders, and proactively grow talent pipelines for what's next.
Deliver a seamless, high-impact onboarding experience that ensures compliance, cultural immersion, and sets new hires up for success from day one.
Drive engagement and retention through stay surveys, internal growth pathways, pulse checks, and a vibrant culture calendar that keeps our people connected and thriving.
Track and report on key people metrics internal NPS, fill rates, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, speed to competency, attrition, and more.
Elevate our talent reputation. Lead award submissions and identify HR/TA tech upgrades that scale our impact and showcase our standout culture.
Own end-to-end talent acquisition. Attract, assess, and secure top-tier, values-aligned talent across all functions.
🎓 Required Qualifications
5+ years in Talent Acquisition or People & Culture, ideally in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, employer branding, and HR system improvements
Sharp facilitation and stakeholder management skills, you know how to lead a room and influence outcomes
Solid reporting and data analysis capability to drive decisions
Proficient with MS Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS platforms
MUST HAVE - Clear Police and Credit Check
