Permanent Full Time

Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight

$98,887 - $ 103,008 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 5) + Superannuation

Your new role

Are you passionate about driving positive change and fostering a culture of growth and development within organisations?

We're seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a People & Capability Project Lead.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the Council to implement strategic initiatives and prioritise projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational efficiency.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

An outstanding communicator with demonstrated success in building effective relationships at levels within the organisation.

A motivated project leader to plan, develop and execute projects, ensuring project deliverables are accomplished.

A people focussed individual with demonstrated experience in contemporary human resource management and project management practices in a diverse organisation.

Ability to drive continuous improvements and creative positive change in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Application Criteria

Demonstrated experience and skills in leading multiple projects within scope, time and budget.

Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary functions of the People and Capability unit including human resources, organisational development, industrial relations and complaint management.

Significant experience in researching and developing policies, plans and strategies and providing concise written reports and recommendations.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in developing strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
