Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and embed our People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Champion a strong, values-aligned culture of growth, collaboration, and recognition
• Oversee performance management frameworks, training, and development initiatives
• Support leaders with coaching, employee relations, and compliance
• Lead HR systems, policy development, and continuous improvement projects

About You: You’re a proactive HR leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you're passionate about developing people and culture that truly drive business success.

• Proven HR/People & Culture management experience (real estate or property industry experience a bonus)
• Proven experience leading and developing a team, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance outcomes;
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and values-driven
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
