Administration Assistant / Receptionist needed - Grovedale

Our client is a much-loved, locally owned and operated flooring business, providing quality products to retail and wholesale clients across the regions for years. They pride themselves on the customer service standards and they are currently seeking an Admin Assistant / Receptionist / Customer Service superstar to join the office team in Geelong...!

The Role! You will play a crucial role in the overall operations:

1. Handling customer enquiries and providing expert product knowledge
2. Assist creating, processing and chasing customer orders, quotes and invoicing
3. Oversee scheduling of the sales reps and installers
4. Managing all admin / ordering / invoicing / etc...
5. Work as part of an inclusive team - and sometimes in the warehouse!
6. Ad hoc marketing, seasonal promos and sales as required...
7. Reconciling of E.O.Month reports, expenses, etc...
8. Assist in the inventory control procedures

Skills and Experience ESSENTIAL to be considered...:

• Previous experience in flooring / trades / sales highly advantageous
• High level communication standards across written & verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to contribute to a team passionate about customer service
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 20kgs as required in the warehouse / showrooms...
