We are seeking a passionate and reliable candidate to join our Customer Service Team. The successful applicant will work with our customers via phone calls, emails and online order placement and management. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role. This role is located at Altona, Victoria.

This role would suit a person who has previously worked in Automotive or Automotive Retail and is looking for a 5-day week with temp to perm opportunity after 3 months.

Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 6am - 2pm and 8am -4pm

Provide consistent and high-quality service standard to our customers.

Provide inbound & outbound customer support with an emphasis on memorable customer service.

Product advice and Recommendations

Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers

Handle customer enquiries and orders.

Schedule customer deliveries and freight bookings.

Be confident, self-motivated and pro-active

We are looking for people who:

Experience in a customer service in Automotive wholesale or Retail is preferred.

Strong customer service with Excellent verbal and communication skills.

An exceptional eye for detail and creative problem-solving approach.

Adapt quickly to changing customer priorities and needs.

Ability to manage customer enquiries or complaints with patience and understanding.

Accuracy to data entry.

Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multitasking.

Experience with Microsoft Office essential

Australian Citizen

Have an Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
