About the role

As a Permanent Part-Time Customer Service Administrator (approx 25-30hrs p/w) at Korowa Aquatics in Glen Iris, VIC, you will play a key role in providing exceptional administration and customer service and to our thriving Swim Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and service-oriented individual to join our collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels in a friendly and efficient manner

Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing and general office duties

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure customer needs are met

Contributing ideas to improve customer experience and streamline processes

Coordinate swim school administration including bookings, payments, and schedule management

Assist in front desk duties including reception, check-ins, and general support

Communicate effectively with staff, families, and swim coaches

Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and organised centre atmosphere

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Strong administrative skills – both written and verbal

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office

A team player with a positive and flexible attitude

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Calm, mature, and solutions-focused.

Previous experience in an aquatic, sporting, or education setting is highly desirable

Confidence with booking systems, email correspondence, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
