About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Support Manager. This is a diverse office-based position—not a call centre role—where you’ll manage customer accounts, process orders, provide reception duties, and liaise across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone with 4 years’ experience in customer service, order processing within the manufacturing sector (or a related industrial environment).

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Processing:

Maintain strong relationships across a broad customer base, providing timely support and follow-up.

Accurately process and track orders; ensure timely dispatch.

Monitor delivery status and proactively solve any delivery issues.

Handle product and order enquiries via phone and email.

Reception & Front Office:

Sit at the front reception desk, warmly greet visitors, and manage sign-in procedures.

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Administration & Office Support:

Maintain CRM records (MS Dynamics experience a plus).

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

Assist with organising meetings, events, and team logistics.

Support the Sales & Customer Support Manager with daily administrative tasks.

General office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Production, Technical and Dispatch teams.

Support the Sales & Customer Support Manager with key admin tasks.

About You

4 years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or administration (experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is essential).

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint a bonus).

Reception experience and confident in greeting customers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Excellent attention to detail—accuracy is critical in this role.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Able to work fully on-site from 8:00 or 8:30 am each day.

Bonus: Experience with CRM or Graco Machines (desirable but not essential).
