About The Role
As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in deepening and expanding the organisation's portfolio of purpose-aligned partners. This is your chance to harness the power of strategic relationships to drive real-world outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the delivery of tailored benefits and obligations within partnership agreements
Managing day-to-day communications with partners, fostering trust and alignment
Identifying, developing, and pitching compelling new partnership opportunities
Driving value for partners through authentic engagement and strategic collaboration
Nurturing existing relationships while expanding the partner base
Coordinating benefit tracking, reporting, and compliance
Managing financial and programmatic reporting, including acquittals
Negotiating and reviewing partnership contracts to ensure alignment and compliance
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a natural relationship builder, driven by purpose and motivated by the opportunity to influence change through meaningful collaboration.
Additionally, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate partnerships or sponsorships, within the for-purpose sector
Proven track record in delivering successful partnerships and achieving strategic goals
Deep understanding of fundraising and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling proposals and influence at senior levels
Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with contractual compliance and reporting requirements
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 to $120,000 + Super + Car Allowance
