About the Role
Join a friendly and collaborative People & Culture team in this full-time contract role supporting key HR processes and providing quality internal service.
You'll help ensure smooth onboarding, employment record updates, reporting and project coordination - all while being part of a values-led organisation that genuinely cares about its people.
This is a 36.25 hr/week, full-time office-based role running through to mid-August, with strong potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding, contracts, probations, terminations
- Support HR reporting, compliance, and record maintenance
- Manage HR inboxes and triage queries for assigned portfolios
- Support delivery of internal programs including Long Service Awards and Loyalty Program
- Collaborate across the People & Culture team and escalate complex issues where required
About You
- Proven HR administration or high-level business support experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in compliance and correspondence
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible, calm and able to pivot quickly across priorities
- The ability to undertake a successful national Police Check and have fulltime Australian working rights
You'll Bring
- Cert IV in Business (preferred but not essential)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Chris21, Big Red Sky or similar a bonus)
- Valid Australian working rights
- Strong written and spoken English skills
