About the Role

Join a friendly and collaborative People & Culture team in this full-time contract role supporting key HR processes and providing quality internal service.

You'll help ensure smooth onboarding, employment record updates, reporting and project coordination - all while being part of a values-led organisation that genuinely cares about its people.

This is a 36.25 hr/week, full-time office-based role running through to mid-August, with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding, contracts, probations, terminations
  • Support HR reporting, compliance, and record maintenance
  • Manage HR inboxes and triage queries for assigned portfolios
  • Support delivery of internal programs including Long Service Awards and Loyalty Program
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture team and escalate complex issues where required

About You

  • Proven HR administration or high-level business support experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in compliance and correspondence
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexible, calm and able to pivot quickly across priorities
  • The ability to undertake a successful national Police Check and have fulltime Australian working rights

You'll Bring

  • Cert IV in Business (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Chris21, Big Red Sky or similar a bonus)
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
