The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality culinary experience for restaurant guests, in-house guests, in-room dining, and events at Sea Sea Hotel.

This role involves overseeing food preparation, maintaining kitchen efficiency, leading the kitchen team, and upholding the hotel’s culinary standards. The Sous Chef will also play a key role in menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
