An opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our team.

Wellington Park is a 94 bed modern, yet well-established Aged Care Service, offering high-quality levels of accommodation and privacy.

The Role

We currently have a permanent part time position available. The successful applicant will have availability to work 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am -1pm) assisting with general administrative tasks.

Skills Required

As the facility Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors.

Ability to answer and make phone calls, presenting with a friendly and helpful manner. You will be required to redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take comprehensive messages when departments are unavailable

Be proficient in using email, word, excel and have great computer skills

Backfill of shifts - experience with Human Force is advantageous

Filing of staff and resident information

Providing administration support to Senior Management

Essential

Must have a current national police certificate or be willing to complete a criminal history check

Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa
