Job Title: Integrated MMA Gym Receptionist

Location: Stafford, Brisbane

Position Type: Full-time/Part-time 18 - 20 hours per week.

Mon / Wed 5 -8 pm

Tue / Thurs 4 – 9 pm

Friday 5-7 pm

Saturday 9 -11.00 am Optional

About Us: Integrated MMA in Stafford, Brisbane, is a premier Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) facility. We're seeking a friendly and organised Gym Receptionist with sales and social media skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Greet members and guests with a warm welcome.

· Answer calls, assist with inquiries, and check in members.

· Provide information on programs, classes, and promotions.

· Utilise sales skills to promote memberships and upsell gym services.

· Manage the gym's social media presence to engage with members and promote events.

· Help with administrative tasks and maintain a tidy reception area.

· Ensure member safety and enforce gym policies.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.

· Sales experience, with the ability to promote gym memberships effectively.

· Social media skills to manage and engage with the gym's online community.

· Interest in MMA and fitness is a plus.

· Strong communication and organisational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and gym management software.
