🧩 The Role – Not Just Another Front Desk Job:

We’re on the hunt for a reception dynamo who thrives on action, owns their role, and keeps things moving. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients – both in person and over the phone – and your job is to make sure every interaction is smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Key responsibilities:

Answering calls, triaging patients, booking appointments, processing payments, and keeping the front desk humming.

Assisting the clinical team with admin and occasional hands-on help when things get busy.

Owning your corner of the business – seeing what needs doing and just making it happen.

💼 About You – The Driver We’ve Been Looking For:

You’re assertive, confident, and laser-focused on results. You work smart, act fast, and aren’t afraid to take charge of a situation (or a whole waiting room). You don’t just handle pressure – you run on it.

You bring:

3+ years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist role – bonus points if it’s in a vet, medical, or sales environment.

The confidence to promote services and products with clarity and enthusiasm.

A calm, solutions-first mindset when the phones are ringing off the hook and a Great Dane just walked in with a bleeding paw.

A sharp eye for detail, top-tier communication skills, and a love of ticking things off your to-do list.

Emotional intelligence – you’re empathetic but not easily flustered, and you know how to read people fast.

Familiarity with the Gold Coast area for logistics and coordination.
