We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager to join our client’s well-established Workwear Wholesale business, located in Port Adelaide. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of over 200 existing accounts, ranging across multiple industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics, and trade services. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, supporting their workwear needs from outerwear and footwear to socks and industry-specific uniforms. Your responsibilities will include regular client visits, proactive phone engagement and showroom consultations to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and time management skills, a solution-focused attitude, and a genuine interest in building client relationships. The ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive of my client’s head office to ensure prompt responsiveness and availability for on-site meetings or client visits. Previous experience in wholesale, sales, or account management is highly desirable, especially if you have worked within the apparel, industrial or workwear sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES

· Represent the company and its brands with honesty and integrity.

· Understand and respect customer needs and requirements.

· Develop realistic budgets by month and year by customer.

· Monitor customers' sales performance, ensuring they achieve their monthly and annual budgets

· Product training of new account customers.

· New range introductions to all customers.

· Provide ongoing sales results reports to Head Office.

· Advise new products, trends, customer opportunities and industry information to the Head-Office

· Attend trade shows.

· Execute special projects.

· Maintain daily CRM database.

· Seek large ex-stock opportunities, successfully manage and close.

· Develop and sell direct indent requirements.

· Collaboratively develop and execute customer promotional stock campaigns.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers
