We are excited to announce a newly created Account Manager role to support our growing client base across South Australia and Western Australia. This role is perfect for a candidate based in either Adelaide or Perth, with monthly travel between the states to build strong face-to-face relationships with clients.

As an Account Manager with DI, you will manage an existing portfolio of real estate agency clients and work to safeguard the compliance of their agency, owners, and the safety of their tenants.

$80,000 base salary plus super

What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Sales Director and supported by a central Melbourne-based team, you’ll be the key contact for real estate clients across SA and WA. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with existing and new agency clients
Ensuring ongoing compliance and high service standards
Promptly resolving client queries and issues
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless service experience
Attending industry events and networking opportunities
