Tassal has an exciting opportunity, and we are looking to engage with candidates for the role of Area Sales Manager. This is a great time to be part of a growing team, operating within an Industry leading business in Aquaculture, you will have the opportunity to drive and shape your career guided and supported by seasoned and driven professionals.
We're looking for an individual who will boost sales and add value by making strong connections with customers and across internal teams. You'll need to be sharp when it comes to negotiating and thinking outside the box to maximise opportunities and tackle challenges head-on.
Here's what you'll be focusing on:
Working as part of a high performing team
Meeting monthly sales goals and targets
Running promotional activities and engaging with our internal teams
Identifying and seizing new business opportunities
Cultivating strong, collaborative working relationships
The ideal candidate is a professional who has solid presentation and organisational skills and is all about positive change. We're looking for someone who's inclusive, great at communicating and can manage ever shifting priorities in an environment that moves at pace.
You will be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast paced business
Experience in either food service or wholesale sales is desirable
Proven ability to support and develop sales and business plans
