About the Role
An exciting opportunity now exists for a NSW Sales Account Manager to join the team, managing and growing stockist relationships across Sydney and surrounding areas. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and being on the road visiting clients. The focus is on growing the presence of the brand within the retail channel (hair and beauty stockists), fostering relationships with current accounts, and onboarding new partners. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a hairdressing or beauty background who is passionate about product education, relationship-building, and bringing salon-quality beauty solutions to the consumer market. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of stockist accounts within the hair and beauty retail sector
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across Sydney and surrounds
- Deliver in-store education and training to retail partners, ensuring staff are confident and knowledgeable about the product range
- Collaborate with stockists on merchandising, product activations, and promotional events
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet net sales targets and brand performance KPIs
- Develop tailored sales strategies to support each client’s retail success
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance
About You
- Prior sales experience selling to retailers of hair & beauty products in NSW; it could be anything from fragrances, to OTC (over-the-counter) pharmaceuticals, skincare, hair and body care to scented candles
- Confident communicator with a passion for education and product training
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid field role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely
- Technically savvy with basic Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge
- Must have a current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
