Captive Vision Outdoor (CVO) is an established, Australian-owned out-of-home advertising company, offering clients the opportunity to target their customers in a large and impactful way. Our range of signage options are located in high traffic locations across Australia, in both metro and regional areas, making them an effective advertising option for businesses of all sizes.

What we’re after:

We’re looking for an experienced direct sales professional. A self-starter who can work autonomously as this is a fantastic work remotely opportunity. You’ll have a track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets and a background directly in B2B direct sales. You love a challenge and thrive in a target-focused role. Sound like you? Roles & responsibilities:

This is a business growth and development role responsible for driving new business whilst liaising with the implementation and strategy team to deliver top quality campaigns to clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for direct sales in the NSW area.

You will:

Drive company sales revenue across both existing and new client-base

Develop & implement account plans for new business.

Forecast as per sales plan.

Be responsible for client and account management.

Be involved in new business pitching.

Work with CEO and marketing teams on new business initiatives

Requirements:

Proven track-record in direct sales

Prior experience in advertising is preferred but not essential

At least 2 years’ experience in direct sales

Excellent sales pipeline management skills

Strong understanding of small business objectives

Confidence and ability to build strong client relationships

A hunger and drive for success
