MJM Recruit is excited to partner with a successful, privately owned electrical construction business that’s been delivering high-quality results since 2000. With a strong presence in the commercial and industrial sectors, their team is growing and now they’re looking for a experienced Accounts Administrator to join them in a part-time role.

The Role, Varied, Engaging, and Perfectly Flexible:
Working 4–5 hours a day (Monday to Friday), your time will fly as you handle a mix of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounts admin duties. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and a team of energetic personalities who love what they do.

📌What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing AP invoices and supplier credits
- Following up discrepancies and managing queries
- Allocating codes and entering data into Xero
- Handling both AP & AR processes
- Collecting and checking daily timesheets
- Setting up supplier accounts and making amendments
- Creating ABA files for payment runs
- Assisting with month-end and general admin tasks

✔️About You:
- 3+ years in a similar AP/AR role
- Experienced in Xero and Excel
- Construction industry knowledge is a plus
- A great communicator, both written and verbal
- Detail-focused, organised, and self-motivated
- A team player with a sense of humour (non-negotiable!)
- Trustworthy, honest, positive, proactive and solutions-focused
