Part-Time | Trust Accounts & Office Administrator | CBD - Boutique Family Law Firm
We're representing a highly regarded family law firm based in the heart of the city, currently seeking a reliable and experienced Trust Accounts & Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their practice on three days per week.
This part-time role offers variety and autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process payments pursuant to Trust Rules.
- Manage controlled monies.
- Ensure funds received are receipted and allocated correctly.
- Monitoring staff leave and assist with maintaining HR records.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and coordination.
- Handling day-to-day office operations and facilities management.
- Liaising with suppliers and managing office inventory.
- Coordinating archiving, filing, and secure file destruction processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who's confident with a background in Trust Accounts and Office Administration, ideally someone within a professional services or law firm environment experience behind you. You'll have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
