The Role
We're on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Sales Support Officer to join our growing team in our Canning Vale office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our wholesale clients, helping manage day-to-day communication and supporting the sales cycle with accuracy and professionalism.
You’ll receive full product and industry training to help you thrive in the fast-moving solar sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
Provide timely and professional support to existing B2B customers
Prepare quotations and offer product or technical support where authorised
Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure follow-through
Proactively identify and develop potential sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Operations, Accounts) to support a smooth customer experience
Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and ensure CRM records are up to date
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional phone manner
Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-focused
Great attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Willingness to learn and grow within the renewable energy space
Experience in solar or B2B environments is a bonus, but not essential
