We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our Project Management Office!

What You Will Do:

As a Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of capital works by providing high-quality project support to designers, engineers, and project managers. Working alongside the Coordinator Program Management, you will also help ensure Council policies around procurement, contract management, and project reporting are followed and continually improved.

This role is all about enabling smooth and efficient project execution by managing systems, ensuring proper documentation, and providing expert administrative and compliance support from start to finish.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience in infrastructure project administration, procurement and contract administration in a medium to large multi-disciplined organisation.

Experience in computer-based systems particularly in relation to purchasing functions and project management systems.

Intermediate knowledge and experience with MS WORD and the ability to format large complex documents.

Good communication, negotiation, planning and time management skills.
