A great opportunity exists for an experienced Real Estate Sign Production Manager to join one of the largest print and services supplier to the Sydney Real Estate industry as we continue to grow in 2025.

Immediate start.

You will be responsible for the production and installation of Real Estate sign boards meeting the company's production and service assurance standards.

Reporting to the General Manager your primary objective will be to lead and mentor your team to achieve and exceed productivity targets. You will manage the day to day processes of the day and afternoon shift activities and have the ability to work alongside your team. Strong people management skills along with personal organizational and communication skills are a must.

This position is a hands on role that will manage both the finishing and installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that operational plans for all products are achieved to product specifications on time and in full meeting customers' expectations
• To ensure quality control and raise/help resolve quality issues as they arise.
• Ensuring that a safe work environment is maintained
• Maintain stock levels in line with company guidelines and requirements
• Ensure that all plant and equipment is maintained and operational at optimum level with minimum disruption to production.
• Liaise with managers and supervisors within the organisation.

The successful candidate:

• Must have a clear understanding of manufacturing to ensuring production capabilities are maximized.
• Will be capable of working in a deadline driven environment.
