What you'll be doing

Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvement initiatives

Manage daily office operations, including administrative, HR, and financial support functions

Oversee real estate transaction processes to ensure compliance and efficiency

Coordinate between sales teams and back-office support staff

Optimize customer service workflows to elevate client experience

Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and industry standards

Manage vendor relationships and office procurement

What we're looking for

5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in real estate

Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
