About the role:

• Take part in complex, high-value finance deals, including corporate lending, acquisition finance, capital markets, and property-related transactions.
• Advise a premium client base of major Australian banks, private equity firms, listed corporates, and asset managers.
• Work closely with highly regarded Partners and experienced senior lawyers on nationally significant deals

The ideal candidate:

• You’re an experienced Banking & Finance Associate with 3+ years’ PQE
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• You bring solid front-end finance experience across a range of complex transactions
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a busy, high-performing team and has a proactive, client-focused attitude
