Family Law Solicitor – 2+ Years PAE | Tweed Heads NSW

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable solicitor who is passionate about family law and delivering practical outcomes for clients.

About the Role

You will be managing your own matters and working directly with clients in all areas of family law, including but not limited to:

Parenting and property settlements

Divorce and separation

Binding Financial Agreements

Domestic violence matters

Representation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

Key Responsibilities

Advise and represent clients from initial consultation through to final resolution

Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence

Appear in court and mediations

Manage client files with minimal supervision

Maintain excellent client relationships and communication

About You

Admitted as a solicitor in NSW with a minimum of 2 years PAE in family law

Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills

Able to manage files independently and work under pressure

Confident in court appearances and liaising with clients

Passionate about achieving great outcomes for clients
