The Firm:

We are seeking a solicitor who is looking to either specialise in Family Law or already working in that specialism.

The team genuinely enjoy working together and are looking for a new team member who will be welcomed with open arms.

Requirements of the Role:

Day to day duties will involve liaising with a range of Family Law and external Family Law cases with a diverse portfolio of clients.

There is a supportive Partner to assist with any complex cases and we are looking for someone who is keen to run their own files and work closely and build relationships with their Family Law Clients.

Typical duties will be :

Children/Parenting Proceedings

Financial Separation Proceedings

Divorce Applications

Financial Agreements/Consent Orders

Who are we looking for:

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and the ability to work unsupervised (Ideally).

Proficiency in handling cases and guiding clients through the court process with knowledge and expertise.

Clients are key and a commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal solutions, ensuring clients receive the best possible representation and support.
