You’ll work across a broad range of non-litigious commercial matters, including:

📝 Contract drafting, negotiation, and review
📊 Business structuring, advisory, and compliance
📌 Support on commercial transactions and day-to-day client advisory
🔍 Legal research and strategic input on complex matters
🤝 Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing team

Note: Litigation experience is welcome but not required for this role.
