About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with participants, families, and service providers to coordinate and implement NDIS plans, helping clients navigate the system and connect with the right supports.

Key Responsibilities:

Help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans.

Connect participants with appropriate supports and services.

Monitor progress, manage crisis, and respond to changing needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Liaise with families, providers, and the NDIA to advocate on behalf of participants.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in NDIS support coordination, case management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.

Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, or a related area (preferred).

A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid driver’s license.
