⚖️ About the Role

You’ll focus primarily on debt recovery, including:

Drafting and managing recovery actions and enforcement processes

Working with clients ranging from SMEs to ASX-listed corporates

Advising on commercial disputes related to outstanding debts

Exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters (training provided if needed)

This is a hands-on, autonomous role with real impact—ideal for someone who enjoys both the process-driven side of recovery work and the challenge of resolving commercial disputes.

✅ What You’ll Need

2+ years of PQE in debt recovery and commercial litigation

Knowledge of enforcement processes and relevant legislation

Insolvency experience is a plus – or an interest in developing this skillset

A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Strong communication and negotiation skills
