A highly regarded boutique commercial litigation and insolvency firm based in the Brisbane CBD is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its growing team. The Opportunity:

Join a firm that thrives on meaningful, repeat work with loyal clients including corporate entities, government institutions, and insolvency practitioners. You’ll work closely with experienced senior lawyers and a hands-on principal on a variety of matters including:

Commercial litigation

Debt recovery

Bankruptcy and insolvency

Enforcement of securities

Liquidations and voidable transactions

Complex court proceedings in State and Federal jurisdictions

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will:

Be an intermediate to senior lawyer (2+ years PAE ideally, but flexibility exists depending on experience)

Have strong drafting and procedural skills, with a passion for litigation and advocacy

Be confident running your own matters and engaging directly with clients and counsel

Enjoy working as part of a close-knit, supportive team

Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
