The role

This role will involve the candidate practising in contract disputes, property law disputes, building and construction disputes, Credit Code litigation matters, Australian Consumer Law matters, insolvency matters, bankruptcy matters and general commercial litigation disputes. We practise all across Australia, including QLD, VIC and NSW.

The ideal candidate will:

1. be an admitted solicitor with the ability to practice law in Queensland;
2. have at least 5 years’ experience in commercial litigation;
3. be committed and eager to learn;
4. have a positive attitude; and
5. be a team player.

The position will be full-time with the opportunity for genuine career progression within our rapidly growing firm.

Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with relevant experience.
