About the Position:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer ready to bring a portable practice and join a boutique platform that rewards independence and results. This role offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to lead matters from start to finish with full in-house support.
You will handle a range of complex disputes, including:

• Contractual and shareholder disputes
• Misleading and deceptive conduct and other ACL matters
• Franchising-related litigation
• Debt recovery, enforcement, and insolvency-related claims
• Construction and property disputes (if within your practice scope)
