Commercial Litigation Associate or Junior Senior Associate

About the role:

• Navigate complex commercial litigation, class actions, and defamation matters.
• Defend professional indemnity insurers in negligence claims.
• Manage corporate and regulatory disputes, including shareholder and contractual disputes.
• Take ownership of files with support from senior lawyers, with opportunities to mentor junior team members.
• Engage in pro bono programs if desired!

The ideal candidate:

• 3-6 years’ experience in large-scale commercial litigation matters (professional indemnity lawyers seeking experience in commercial litigation are encouraged to apply also).
• Strong analytical skills and a good eye for detail.
• Capable of running files autonomously while working collaboratively.
• Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
