About the team

A closely knit Project & Technology team, when they’re not fuelling the organisations international growth, they can be found socialising together and empowering each other to do their best work. The business has ambitious growth plans and the capability of this Project and Technology team will play a key role in helping them to achieve it.
What the role looks like

• Collaborate with IT team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure ERP/BI systems meet day-to-day operational and business process requirements
• Perform analysis, testing, and implementation of software solutions; support and train IT staff to maintain system effectiveness
• Identify and document business needs; translate and simplify requirements to align with ERP and BI systems
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, including dashboards and Executive-level reporting to support decision-making
• Participate in team meetings and process reviews to ensure workflows align with ERP/BI capabilities and support continuous improvement
• Contribute to project tasks including business case preparation, requirement gathering, task estimation, and delivery of IT projects on time

A bit about you

• Business Analysis, Business Intelligence or Information Technology experience within a relatable industry would be advantageous
• ERP application system experience (Pronto exposure would be highly advantageous)
• Experience streamlining processes and improving systems experience
• Knowledge of finance, manufacturing, sales/service and warehousing process, in relation to data analysis/reporting
• High level of written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills and documenting software integration/implementation setup

This role will pay in the region of $110k - $120k base, and the organisation as mentioned above has some great initiatives around team bonding and flexibility.
