You’re capable. You’re ready. We’re hiring! - Entry Level Property Manager - $65-70K PLUS SUPER

We’re looking for someone who’s been working as an Assistant Property Manager for a year or two and is ready to take on their own portfolio. You’ll have the full support of our team, strong systems, clear processes, and a principal that works directly in with the team.

You will be managing a tidy, well-maintained portfolio across Brisbane’s inner north.

This is the right role for someone who wants to grow into a confident, capable Property Manager, with the aim of moving into a Senior role in the future. We want you to take ownership of your work, build strong relationships, and feel proud of the job you’re doing.

The role includes:

Managing your own portfolio, with full training and support of course!

Processing applications, entry and exit reports, and lease paperwork

Coordinating maintenance and communicating with tenants

Developing the confidence and skillset to manage end-to-end without chaos

We’re looking for someone with:

1 to 2 years of experience in property management (assistant PM ideal, but will consider PM Reception, Leasing, PMs from a task-based role)

Current real estate registration

Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a bit of personality

Familiarity with Console Cloud and Realworks (ideal, but not essential)

Driver’s licence
