Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills paired with professional resilience
• Exposure to and/or experience with the RIE approach with the motivation to actively embed and model this in practice
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
• Prepared to lead and drive innovative and unique programming and practice for the team and implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Capacity and desire to develop positive and inclusive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Blue Card
• Immediately available for full-time work, 5 days a week, all hours the service is operational, and able to be flexible as required
• Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, otherwise must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
• Significant Centre Manager experience or a combination of Centre Manager and strong senior leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training, specifically CHCPRT025 - 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk' (or willing to obtain/renew).
