About the Role:

As a Diploma Educator, you will work alongside team members to plan activities, nurture the children, and build meaningful connections. You will facilitate child-led learning experiences that reflect both the EYLF framework, ensuring a positive, enriching environment for the toddlers in your care.

Key Details:

• Position: Full-time Diploma Educator
• Age Group: Nursery - Toddler Room (13 children)
• Salary: Above Children’s Services Award, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and contribution
• Location: Salisbury
• Type: Non-profit Early Childhood Education Centre and Kindergarten
• Opportunity for Growth into Educational Leader/2IC - must demonstrate competence and tenure
• Christian Faith Centre

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Current WWCC (Blue card)
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificates
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working rights in Australia
• Motivation & drive to make a positive impact
