About the Role

An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team in a Counter Sales Team Leder role. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, taking orders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 6
• Provide outstanding customer service at the counter and over the phone
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Liaise with the warehouse and accounts teams to coordinate order fulfilment
• Perform general administrative duties including filing and quote follow-ups
• Build product knowledge to assist customers with technical enquiries
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs and sales targets

The Successful Candidate

• Previous expereince with internal sales
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in counter sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
• A proactive, organised, and friendly approach to work
