We're looking for an experienced Direct Sales Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and achievement. Your ability to motivate and drive results will be key to success. You'll also act as a key liaison for direct leads, as well as support other departments with ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

Your new role

• Lead and Support the Sales Team:
• Provide finance quotes to existing and new customers
• Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints
• Compile and deliver monthly reports to the Direct Sales Manager
• Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring
• Monitor call quality and drive continuous improvement
• Build team engagement and foster a high-performance culture
• Collaborate with internal departments to strengthen working relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Direct Sales with a high level of Customer Service.
• Leadership experience, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire others
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

$50-$55PH Plus super
