Lansvale Motor Group is seeking enthusiastic and driven New Car Sales Consultants to join our sales team in Lansvale, NSW. As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and closing sales for our wide range of new vehicles. What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences

Demonstrating and test-driving a variety of new vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities

Presenting customers with tailored sales proposals and negotiating terms to close deals

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support one another

Actively contributing to the achievement of individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close sales

Passionate about the automotive industry and staying up-to-date with product knowledge

Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department

A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
