As the Outbound Sales Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, leading a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving sales growth, enhancing team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily leadership and motivation to your team, offering guidance, coaching, and support to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify training needs and deliver effective training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement sales strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce tools to track sales activities, analyse performance data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
